School of Journalism Associate Professor Leon Alligood was inducted into the Tennessee Journalism Hall of Fame on Aug. 15 at the Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro.

Dr. Katie Foss published her second book this summer. 

Assistant Professor Christine Eschenfelder began teaching at the MTSU School of Journalism in the fall of 2015, bringing to the classroom years of professional experience in television news.

About 50 panelists from across the country and around the world visited campus May 26-28, when professors from the colleges of Media and Entertainment and Liberal Arts teamed up to host Mad Men: The Conference.
